Your Personal Trainer


Jason Lee is a Certified Fitness Trainer by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and a Certified Sports Masseur by the Singapore Sports Council. His career as a fitness professional started in 2006 at Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC) as a fitness trainer, where he also earned a Diploma in Social Science from TARC in 2008.

In 2008 he was attached to a well known fitness centre in the SEA region for a short period of time before deciding to work out of gym as a mobile personal trainer in Kuala Lumpur (KL) where he train his private clients at the comfort of their home, office and outdoor parks. He uses movement-based training method to prepare clients for sports and activities in their day to day living.

Since then he has worked with myriads of clients from various age groups, backgrounds, and physical fitness requirements such as sedentary clients, national level athletes, and special population – post-partum ladies, older adults, post-rehabilitation, cancer patients, and clients with musculoskeletal issues, postural deviation & dysfunctional movement pattern.

He was also awarded with BA (Hons) Psychology in 2012 from UCSI University with his final year project study on Health Related Fitness Knowledge and Physical Activity Frequency among Malaysian Undergraduates.

In his free time he enjoys lifting weights, outdoor running, chilling and reading at the poolside or eating good food (especially dead animals) with his close circle of friends.
