Personal Training


Personal Training is my core service. Every client (you) will be assessed individually prior to starting a training program. The assessment will consist of postural assessment, movement assessment, strength and core function assessment. Based on the result of your assessment, I will design a tailored personal training program for you.

Since beginning my career as a Fitness Professional since 2006, I've worked with myriads of clients from various age groups and background such as;


  • Sedentary individuals who wants to start being physically active,
  • National level athletes preparing for competitions
  • Special population : post-partum ladies wanting to get back in shape, older adults who wants to maintain/improve their quality of life, post-rehabilitation, patients of cancer, hemophilia etc.
