Group Personal Training


Group Personal Training is also known as Semi-Personal Training where you enjoy similar benefits of Personal Training but in group setting with a more affordable rate.

This is NOT a bootcamp or like any group exercise where every trainee does the same exercise together.

This is a Group Personal Training with proper training progression and safety concerns. Every client will go through the same procedure as Personal Training, whereby having their assessment done and a customized personal training program designed based on their assessment results.
